George Quinoy, President and CEO is a seasoned C-suite executive with a proven track record of building and scaling commercial enterprises in the medical device and vascular space. Throughout his career, George has played a pivotal role in driving rapid and sustained expansion for renowned companies, including AVE, Medtronic, ACS/Guidant, Volcano Corp., and most recently, Provisio Medical.

Vince Burgess has been a member of our Board since November 2025. Mr. Burgess recently served as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Acutus Medical, Inc., a medical device company, from October 2017 until May 2022, and previously served as a Venture Partner with OrbiMed Advisors, LLC, a healthcare investment firm, from September 2011 until May 2020. Previously, Mr. Burgess was a member of the initial executive team at Volcano Corporation, where he served as President of Advanced Imaging Systems.

John Dahldorf joined Q’apel Medical, Inc. on March 31, 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously was the CFO of Digirad Corporation, Volcano Corporation, Acutus Medical, SCN Bestco and Adagio Medical Holdings. He has more than 25 years of experience leading finance and accounting functions in public and private healthcare companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hyperfine, Inc. John holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a MBA from Western Illinois University.

John Fletcher founded Fletcher Spaght in 1983 and remains active as the Managing Director Emeritus. FSI has been unique in applying analytic rigor coupled with operational expertise to a broad range of clients, portfolio companies and the investment community. John has particular interests in devices, specifically in cardiology, cardiac surgery, and orthopedics, as well as in biopharma and healthcare IT.

Dr. Ronald Solar received his Ph.D. in Biomaterials and Materials Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and has been designing and developing medical devices for over 45 years. He co-founded several successful medical device companies, including Y Med (sold to CR Bard), X Technologies (sold to Guidant), Pameda/Occam (sold to Cordis) and Versaflex (sold to Medtronic). Dr. Solar also played key leadership and development roles for Edwards, Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, SciMed and Medtronic, and he currently holds over 68 US patents.
